About Us

Symon Global Pte Ltd was incorporated in July 2007 with a paid up capital of SGD500,000.00.

Being specialized in Projects Procurement for the Oil and Gas industries, we work together with the end-users, main contractors and sub-contractors to procure the materials needed by our clients. The materials we source are mainly from Europe, US, Korea, Japan, etc. In order to assure customers that the materials are of good quality and standards, we travelled overseas personally for inspection on the products before purchasing with the aim of meeting customers’ standards and requirements.

Our Vision is to provide an efficient procurement management in material sourcing, cost saving, purchasing activities and timely tracking of project materials delivery for our client. 

Our Mission is to provide quality services and products as well as building long-term relationship with our clients.

Our Founder

Our founder, Mr Simon Yap, has more than 25 years of experience in procurement service in the Oil and Gas industries. Being in this trade for so many years, he has built a strong rapport with customers and has established a wide network for the suppliers and manufacturers in Singapore and overseas.

Prior to setting up Symon Global, he was previously the Head of Purchasing for a prominent international oil and gas contractor based in Singapore. Under his management, he has successfully trained and developed a team of procurement specialist to serve the company in timely procurement tracking and handling of the project procurement activities.
